Most Terrafey are confused for very frail goblins with a rocky substance covering parts of their bodies. Females and males both create something of a rocky hide which serves as protection and clothing. Terrafey typically get all the nutrients they need simply by being in physical contact with earth, stone, or a gem for one round each day. All Terrafey have the quickness trait but they always have at least 1 hp from their first hit dice.

A terrafey stands about 4 feet tall and weights 50 pounds.

Terrafey speak terran.

Combat

Terrafey make liberal use of their grease ability and then move in counting on their high balance modifier to keep them standing. Terrafey only enter combat to protect themselves or their territory.

Spell-Like Abilities

At willógrease (DC 17). Caster level 10th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.

Tireless (Ex)

Terrafey never get tired and are thus immune to fatigue and exhaustion. They do require sleep however.

Just a little something I was making for an easy creature to defeat with high HD but low hp. Though it kinda snowballed and I had to flesh it out... so here it is.

A little backstory or whatever:
These guys are fairly conservatively neutral evil, but they do occasionally go out of their way to attack people if they suspect that those people have gems and seem weak. To a terrafey, finding a gem is like a symbol of adulthood and those with gems have respect over those who don't. The value of the gem doesn't actually matter. It isn't inconceivable that the services of a terrafey could even be acquired in exchange for a gem.
