Imagine millions of these coming out of nowhere...[Creature]

This odd creatureís large triangular crested head is hooked, like a birdís beak, though the thing seems to lack any mouth whatsoever. Itís body is much like a snakes, ending in multiple whip-like tails. A single arm with two joints juts from its chest, tipped with a scythe-like talon. It screeches, and slithers towards you, poising the talon to strike.

Hive Mind (Ex): All Slivers within 50 miles of their Queen are in constant communication. If one is aware of a particular danger, they all are. If one in a group is not flat-footed, none of them are. No Sliver is considered Flanked unless all of them are.
Kin Replication (Su): Any Sliver within 50 ft. of another Sliver gains the primary Niche (See Below) of that sliver in addition to their own as long as they remain within this distance of one another.
Niche: Each Sliver is born with a specific ability, designated by pheromones produced by the Sliver Queen at the time of their birth. Each sliver has a single one of the following abilities, except for advanced slivers, who have an extra ability for every 4 HD they possess:
---- Agile: The Sliver gains a +2 to itís Dexterity Score. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Armored: The Sliver gains an extra +4 to itís natural armor. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
----Attentive: The Sliver gains a +2 to its Wisdom Score, as well as a +2 racial bonus to all Spot and Listen checks.
---- Brawn: The Sliver gains a +2 to itís Strength Score. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Cloaking: The sliver gains the Supernatural ability to turn invisible, as the spell Greater Invisibility once per day.
---- Death Throes: When the Sliver reaches 0 Hp, it explodes, dealing 1d6 x its HD Slashing damage to all targets within 20 ft.
---- Energy Shield: The Sliver gains energy resistance 10 to the energy of the Queens choice. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once, to either increase one of the Sliverís resistances by 10, or give it a new energy resistance altogether. The fourth time this ability is taken for a specific energy type, it instead gains immunity to the energy in question.
---- Extra Arm: The Sliver gains an extra Talon attack. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Feat: The Sliver gains any feat as a bonus feat it meets the prerequisites for. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Frost Chitin: The Sliver gains the Cold Suptype.
---- Gills: The Sliver gains a swim speed equal to its base land speed, and the Aquatic subtype.
---- Quickened Rejuvenation: The Sliver gains Fast Healing 1. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Manaleech: Any spellcasting target hit by this Sliverís Talon attack must make a Will Save DC 12 or lose one of their highest level spells (Which is chosen by the DM). The save is Wisdom Based. This is a Supernatural Ability.
---- Magma Chitin: The sliver gains the Fire Subtype.
---- Manablast: The Sliver gains a Ranged Touch Attack which deals 2d6 energy damage (The type is chosen by the Queen). The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once. This is a Supernatural Ability.
---- Poison: The Sliver gains the ability to deliver poison via Tail Slap attack. This poison deals 1d6 Strength damage for primary and secondary damage, with a Fortitude DC 13 to resist the effects. This is a Extraordinary ability.
---- Quick: The Sliver gains +30 ft. to its base speed. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Reflective Chitin: The Sliver gains Spell Resistance equal to its Hit Die + 10.
---- Spades: The sliver gains a Burrow speed equal to its land speed.
---- Tough: The Sliver gains a +2 to itís Constitution Score. The Sliver queen may opt to have a sliver take this ability more than once.
---- Wings: The sliver gains a Fly speed equal to its base land speed, with Clumsy Maneuverability.

Ah, Slivers. I always hated fighting those in Magic. Look interesting.

I think they're tougher than CR3. In a group they're even more powerful, thanks to Hive Mind and Kin Replication

Hive mind, no. Kin Replication, maybe... I'm not quite sure.

Though I think they'd do fine as a CR 2 creature. Especially sence alot of them are going to be advanced anyway.
