College

If you're in it, which one?  What are you studying?  If you've graduated, where did you go and what did you study?  If you're not there yet, where do you hope to go and what do you plan to study?

I, for one, am setting the bar high.

MIT, Computer Science.
Wukei

I plan on double majoring in Theology and Mythology and getting my PhD when I go back to school...

I'm working on two A.A. degrees right now, one for Engineering, the other for Chemistry. I just needed two more classes for the second so I said "Why not? It couldn't hurt."

After that I'll transfer to a larger school, probably in state (thank goodness for governemnt funded scholarships), and work on a degree in Chemical Engineering as far as I can.

Of course, I may change my mind on all of this next week and work on something completely different. I've got time, I've just got to figure out what's going to make me happy in life.
The Chilli God

The University of Auckland, currently my first semester in a Bachelor of Business and Information Management. Basically, it's a double-major package of Accounting and Info Systems.

I think I'll stop getting any more edumikations after this one.
Darkblade

I was planning on going to University of Waterloo for Computer Programming, then I found out the Canadian Education system is still living in the 80s where programming still needs math skills. So I really have no plans as where to go or what to take now.
McBish

UW River Falls, for theatre.

I finished college a long time ago (in the 90's).  I have a BA in Earth Sciences, with an emphasis in Meteorology, now I'm in the Air Force and I'm a weather forecaster.  I'm on of the few people in my family, to include my cousins that actually has a job in my field of study.
Uberblah

I'm hoping to get into Purdue or UI Champagne-Urbana for Engineering, preferably Aeronautical, but I'd settle for Chemical or Electrical as well. I don't plan on double majoring, but I will hopefully go for a masters degree. And I'll minor in Spanish for sure.
Katonta

I have no idea where I'm going or what exactly I'll be doing, but I do know this: One of my Majors will be Psychology and I am going to see if I can graduate with a 4 year degree in a single semester.

How I plan on doing the second? Well, I'm already setting myself up with many an AP class, not to mention that if all my plans work out I'll be taking at least one Running Start (college class) in my Junior Year and then another three my Senior. I'll probably be adding more College classes as I get more familiar with my school's Running Start program.

Though, I may take it a bit slower and graduate in a year or a year and a half so that I don't totally tank my social life... but then again, great rewards don't come without great risks. Wink
Deadly

Once I'm through these dreadful classes I'm required to take first (only two months left), I plan to study math at the University of Copenhagen. Might combine it with biochemistry, not entirely sure, but I plan to take the 8 years it takes to get a PhD, so I guess chances are I'll get tired of pure math after a while and combine it with something else.
Shadow of the Sun

I hope to go to the Australian Defense Force Academy, leading into becoming a midshipman in the Australian Navy.

I'll go for a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English.
ValdisRequiem

University of Arkansas.
Woo pig sooie.
Though, since I have no idea what I'm doing, I'm going to take a break after this semester,as I'm just wasting money taking classes with no idea of what to major in.
Osnagard

I am currently halfway through an undergrad Biology degree. With sights set on med school. Yay.

As for which, well it's a Canadian University, UNB-UNB-UNB GO REDS!

Hey, if you can afford it, best of luck to you.

I'm in a public Missouri college, studying for an English major and Spanish minor.  So far so good. It's only my first year, of course, but 4.0 is still something to be kinda proud of, I think.
Fenric

I went to the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

I started in Chemical Engineering, but gave up upon reaching Thermodynamics and Unit Operations.

I switched to Computer Science, in which I have a Bachelor's of Science.

I am blessed with the advantage of wealthy grandparents that approve of a good education.  They have money set aside to pay for my high school and college as long as I can keep a C average (thank heaven for my grandpa.  Otherwise it would be and A+ average needed.)
Wukei

My dad works at Texas Tech and has to pay $4000 a year to teach (I'm not kidding.)  So I would never suggest going there.  They treat their good teachers like crap.  The other teachers don't care cuz they have tenure.

It's still a good couple years before I go to university, but I'm aiming pretty high - I really, really want to get into Yale, Princeton, or Stanford. I've maintained very good grades my entire life, so I think a scholarship wouldn't be impossible to get.

As for what I want to study - Criminology and English.
SeptAngel

I am currently finishing up my freshman year at IUPUI. For those of you who don't know it's Indiana University and Purdue University together in downtown Indianapolis.

My major is Tourism/Convention/ and Event Management. Basically a Hospitality degree. I love this major. One of my required classes is a cruise, and another is attending a camp.

I am very thankful that the government pays for all my tution, to any college in Indiana. Only books and parking come out of pocket.
blackout

I ain't going to a college, but fret not, for another option has recently presented itself via Vael's advice; Tech school ftw.

Well, if you do choose to go to Princeton, I'll see you around.

I'm not being very subtle about this.
